The program includes:

•60 minutes per lesson
•Online or in-person lessons
•Lesson times scheduled individually with the student
•Personalized instruction adapted to the student’s level, needs, and learning goals
•Learning through the unique "Keys to Hebrew” method
•Free access to the learning library throughout the learning period
•Practice worksheets for review and independent study between lessons
In-person lessons are subject to an additional 10% fee.
Transaction Cancellation Fee
If a customer cancels a transaction, a cancellation fee of ₪50 will be charged, or such other amount as required under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, whichever is applicable.
The cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund amount if the customer is entitled to a refund in accordance with applicable law and Ulpan Adi’s cancellation policy.

ברכישת חבילת 30 שיעורים תיהנו גם ממנוי שנתי לספרייה הדיגיטלית של אולפן עדי, המאפשר להמשיך ללמוד ולתרגל באופן עצמאי לאורך השנה.
לימודים פרונטליים כרוכים בתוספת תשלום של 10%.
דמי ביטול עסקה
במקרה של ביטול עסקה על ידי הלקוח/ה, ייגבו דמי ביטול בסך 50 ₪, או בהתאם להוראות חוק הגנת הצרכן, התשמ"א- 1981, לפי הסכום החל על העסקה.
דמי הביטול ינוכו מסכום ההחזר הכספי, ככל שהלקוח/ה זכאי/ת להחזר בהתאם להוראות הדין ולמדיניות הביטולים של אולפן עדי.
ההרשמה והרכישה מותנות בקריאה ובאישור תקנון המסלול האישי של אולפן עדי.
